You will have to lead and support the design as well as execution of research projects in the field of employability as well as work with external consultants. You also have to develop a work plan that satisfies the research requirements. You have to monitor and track progress against the work plan on a regular basis through documentation. You also have to lead the end-to-end research process. You are also required to conduct desk research to collect secondary data and identify existing gaps and conduct interviews, meetings, and gather relevant data. You also are required to lead and/or contribute to the development of reports and other publications.
Your will have to contribute to the ongoing process of developing innovative research methods and actively contribute to the concept design, content, and execution of Quest 2 Learn virtual engagement activities. You also have to work closely with the program teams to gather ground-up stories, field insights, to translate them into knowledge products, round tables, and provide feedback to the program strategy and design. You also have to engage stakeholders in disseminating research findings, co-create and plan the next steps to take the research further. You also have to contribute to the planning and execution of written pieces and other media-based outputs to be disseminated across various platforms.
You are expected to develop, maintain and manage different stakeholders relationships within the Institution, state, and at the national level with Nonprofits, academic institutions and with thought leaders. You also have to develop and nuture ongoing management of partnerships with subject matter experts or think tanks and third parties.
You are also expected to be part of Sector facing Working Group and other relevant networks. End to end management of third parties for research work or knowledge building work as designated, will be part of your job role.
