Pitstop is our mid-year pause. It is a moment to reflect on progress, realign priorities, and plan the next phase. It’s about growth, not comparison.
Held every December and January, Pitstop involves a self-review, 360° feedback, and goal updates. Supported by your manager, team lead, L&D team, and RFS Champions, it ensures you are aligned, supported, and ready for the journey ahead.
