The Recognition program is a celebration of living with our values. The recognition program works at two levels.
Team Recognition
Once a year, during our epic annual staff meeting, we roll out the gratitude carpet on Zoho! Teams take center stage, celebrating each other's embodiment of Quest values. It's the grand unveiling during the staff meeting, and it's a spectacular affair.
This isn't just a wall; it's a canvas of appreciation!
- Value the Empathy and Support they've showered.
- Celebrate their Innovation mojo.
- Applaud their Resilience in the face of challenges.
- Recognize them as Role models that inspire.
- Applaud their A-game Approach to work.
- Give a high-five for their Teamwork prowess.
This isn't just a wall; it's a canvas of appreciation!
Individual Recognition
Individual Recognition "Living with Quest values" aims to:
- Create space for individuals to share how self learning has helped them.
- Encourages those who have taken bold and big steps and made a difference to others or their team.
- Value people who have held themselves together when nothing around them was promising or had nothing to do.
- Recognize the battles and struggles employees have gone through in their personal front but yet they have been able to stay strong.
Individual Recognition for years of service:
- Celebration of every 5 year anniversary at quest during the annual staff meet.
