Once a year, during our epic annual staff meeting, we roll out the gratitude carpet on Zoho! Teams take center stage, celebrating each other's embodiment of Quest values. It's the grand unveiling during the staff meeting, and it's a spectacular affair.

Individual Recognition
Individual Recognition "Living with Quest values" aims to:
Create space for individuals to share how self learning has helped them.
Encourages those who have taken bold and big steps and made a difference to others or their team.
Value people who have held themselves together when nothing around them was promising or had nothing to do.
Recognize the battles and struggles employees have gone through in their personal front but yet they have been able to stay strong.
