A. Program Associate
You'd be responsible for few schools or institutes. You'd the get opportunity to work directly with stakeholders. Your presence will be needed in the base location to deliver the work successfully. You'd be conversant in the local language. Your work will involve lot of travelling locally or to near by districts. You would support the larger team with delivering training. You'd be responsible for report writing or for keeping the students' data up-to-date.

You'd be incharge for calendarisation of training, follow up on training. You'd facilitate training and work closely with the training coordination team and program implementation team. Your role will involve intense travelling across different parts of the state/ region. You will be familiar with new age virtual facilitation tools and have some hands on skills in using G-suite.
