A. Program Officer / Sr. officer

You will be incharge for a cluster/ block/ district/ districts. Depending on the scale, you could also be incharge of a state. You will have a team who would be implementing the program directly on the ground. You will support with planning and execution. You'd be required to write summary reports and sometimes manage budget. You will call out the requirements for case studies for your team. You will interact with the larger Quest team and you'd be conversant in English and the local language. You will travel frequently. You will be good at G-suite and will be using the quest platforms to share the stories on the ground regularly.

B. Training officer / Sr. Officer

You will work closely with the Training coordination team and also the program implementation team to plan and deliver the training program. You will be conversant in english and the regional language. You will get to connect to the stakeholders directly. You will be good at virtual and offline training. You would also build skills among the program team to deliver training effectively. You will travel frequently. You will be familiar with all the new age virtual facilitation tools and excel in G-suite. You will write quality report and bring back insights from the ground to the content team.
