You will be required to support and generate regular leads on potential funders and pitch Quest, it’s programs and it’s value to prospective funders.
You will support in coordinating with various internal teams like program, finance and operations for proposal writing for new projects and maintain the proposal submission timelines.
You will also be required to have regular communication and share insights from the ground / research with existing and prospective funders.
You will have to work with the marketing and communications team to plan the visibility of the Organization and its program on social media and other channels for funders. You will attend forums, conferences and events to present, network and share possibilities of collaboration with Quest.
You will be required to hold the donor reporting timelines and work with internal teams to ensure a quality report is submitted to the donors. You will work with the concerned teams to coordinate donor reports and will ensure the funder reports are of good quality. You will represent the insights from the programs in appropriate manner and facilitate internal review of the report before submitting them to the donor.
You will also be managing the donor reporting portals and furnish required information in a timely manner as the case may be. You will support in coordinating with different owners of data across the organization including the impact team and state teams.
You will support the project review process and be responsible for ensuring they are conducted on time with required information/ data and teams. You will be working with internal teams to understand the deliverables of each project, review them on a regular frequency and build insights/ patterns/trends from the project reviews and making changes to the process as needed.
