Coordinator

BD Coordinator

You are expected to be well versed with all of Quest programs and their value proposition. You will periodically be required to build a research pool and generate regular leads on potential funders. You will be part of (and eventually lead) discussions with prospective funders and work with internal teams to build proposals and budgets. You will also lead proposal writing for new projects by coordinating with the relevant teams.

You will co-create events that can be forums to engage existing and potential funders. You will attend forums, conferences and events to present, network and share possibilities of collaboration with Quest.

You will manage relationships with existing funders and work with marketing and communications team to plan the visibility on social media and other channels for funders. You will support the grant management team as and when needed for the donor reports. You will make the grant management team fully aware of the donor requirements for the funders that you are in-charge of.

Grants Coordinator

It is imperative that you have excellent project management skills. You will coordinate the kick off meeting for new projects and make sure that all the teams who have to contribute to the project are available of their deliverables. You will also be required to follow up on action points from the meeting.. You will lead periodic catch up meetings for new projects to help the team build an alignment and to ensure the project gets started on time and there is work plan in place. You will be required to coordinate the project review meetings. You will be coordinating the logistics for the meeting, prepare the deck required and maintain the minutes of the meeting as well as follow up on action items.

You will ensure good quality reports are submitted on-time and will maintain the calendar for donor reporting by sending reminders, making teams understand the donor requirement, giving quality feedback on the reports and supporting teams to write the report successfully. The coordinator is required to have an excellent command over written English. You will work closely with the project deliverable teams for the project related data , FAIT team for the financial reports and with the Impact team to get the required data. You are also expected to have good understanding about the program.

Volunteer Engagement Coordinator

You will have excellent project management skills and relationship management skills. You will have to work with the funders to understand their volunteer engagement needs. You will induct the volunteers on the activities that they are leading with the stakeholders and make them aware of the protocols that they need to follow while working with them. You will develop an array of programs for the funders to choose from by working closely with the program team.

You will have to help the program teams host the corporate volunteers successfully. You will coordinate with the program teams to schedule the events and will be physically present for the events whenever needed. You have to collect feedback from the volunteers and the program team on periodic basis to know if the engagement is serving the purposes. You will be in-charge of conducting a good quality induction for the volunteers as well as the program team.
