Your role is to lead all learning initiatives in the organisation including various formats of workshops and resources on the LMS. You will lead sessions and conversations with people managers and support with people team activities.
As people manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment process, supporting team leads, hiring managers and regional People person with the hiring processes. You will also establish links with other agencies and organisations for talent identification and maintain a pipeline. You will also lead the exit process and anchor analytics for the team.
