Sr. Manager / Specialist

You will lead the development of the design of  strategy and manage a diverse team with diverse skills and expertise. You are expected to be competent in project management and budget management. You will be holding the organization culture and policies. you will ensure that the team is adequately staffed/ skilled and support in their overall development. You will work across multiple teams and coordination will be a salient part of your role. During challenging situations, you are expected to make a well balanced decision after weighing all possible scenarios.  Ensuring the annual plans are well chalked out and are in place is one of your most vital functions. It is also vital that everyone in your team is aware about their roles and responsibilities and are able to connect to the organization's mission and vision.  You will be the expert voice in the team and will help them explore and understand different perspectives.
