You will steer the development of the design and strategy. You are expected to manage and mould a team with diverse skills. It is imperative that you have good project management as well as budget management expertise. You will be holding the organization culture and policies. You are required to ensure that the team is adequately staffed/skilled and support them in their overall development. Your work mandates that you work with people across multiple teams and coordinating with different people will be a salient part of your role. During challenging situations, you are expected to make a well balanced decision after weighing all possible scenarios. Ensuring the annual plans are well chalked out and are in place is one of your most vital functions. It is also vital that everyone in your team is aware about their roles and responsibilities and are able to connect to the organization's mission and vision.
