You will need to have the domain expertise and will need to bring in your experience from internal and external spaces to drive the thought process of the organisation. You will work in tandem with the program lead. In addition to that will have to support the training and content team to help them remain entrenched in the external trends.
B. Training Specialist

You are required to have niche training skills which are extremely crucial to achieve the Quest program strategy. With your domain expertise, you are expected to support the training team in strategizing and planning. You will lead the training and will have to rope in government and other important stakeholders.
C. Content Specialist
C. Content Specialist
You should possess the technical skills that are required to develop content in a virtual medium. Your expertise will be crucial in helping the team adapt to new ways of working. Your role will also require you to have a balance of thematic and content development expertise. Additionally, you will also have to develop content that caters to different stakeholders who are engaged with us.
