You'd be incharge for district/state/region projects. You'd be responsible for the quality of delivery on the ground. You will hold review meetings and be incharge for the work plan. You will ensure that the team is well informed about their expectations. You will help the team to connect to the big picture. You would regularly interface with the training/content/communication/project/finance/people/technology/hub teams. You would also look at the training needs for the team and will help in building their skills. You would lead stakeholder relationships and network quite a lot in this role. This role will be partly desk based and would involve travelling.
You will be in-charge of the trainings in a particular region/ state/ program. You will have to support in developing the training strategy and lead the execution of these trainings. A lot of your time will be spent in building the internal team capacity as well as enhancing the capacity of stakeholders. You will have to propose the type of skills and knowledge that would be required for facilitations in both, the virtual / physical space. You will also work very closely with the training and coordination team as well the program implementation teams. Your role will involve lot of traveling and you are expected to gather insights and support the content development team by helping them understand the realities on the field. You are expected to be extremely proficient in English, G suite and are also expected to have basic knowledge of the design tools. You will have lot of experience in delivering training to different kinds of constituency.
You will be supporting the content team in developing the content. You will have to delve on user research and work on the insights received from the program team/user research team and ensure the content developed meets the expectations on the ground. You are also required to make field visits to connect to the users. Familiarity of digital tools is necessary to develop virtual and physical content. You will also have to support in strategizing the requirements.
