You will be managing the office IT Infrastructure and evaluate the functionality of the systems. You will have to consult computer users to ascertain needs and to ensure that facilities meet the user or project requirements.
You will lead the selecting and purchase of appropriate hardware and software and also manage IT budgets. You have to ensure software licensing laws are followed and implement as well as manage security or integrity and the backup procedures. You will provide training and support to users and modify systems to ensure that that they operate reliably.
You will provide IT support to programs by setting up the LearnPi Lab / Computer Lab and Assembling / Burning SD Card / Testing / Activation / Dispatching learnPi whenever required.
