You will be involved in building new funder relationships and maintain relationships with the existing funders. You are expected to have excellent project management and budgeting skills. You will work very closely with the Finance team to help build an understanding on working out the costing for proposals. You will lead multiple year or donor proposal which are of very high value by working with the concerned team, leadership team and ensure it meets the donor expectations (quality).
You will network and build relationships with funders by speaking in forums, organizing events and help the regional teams to build local alliances. You will sustain the relationship with the funders by helping them inculcate world view on development issues, ensuring the donor expectations are met. They will receive periodic reports and communication. You will also be required to facilitate prospective funder visits. You will help the team to have work plan in place and will lead the funder pipedrive.
You will help the organizations or team leads to understand the donor climate in their state/ region/ in India in general so that they are aware and are able to make informed decisions for their programs. You will have to work independently and will be a self starter. Having good communication and relationship building skills is extremely crucial.
