Associate Director / Director

You will lead the FR team and help the team to build secondary and primary research intelligence on companies and foundations that are aligned to Quest’s vision and goals. You have to manage the team with a work plan and oversee its execution. You will attend forums, conferences and events to present, network and share possibilities of collaboration with Quest. 

You will build and manage key relationships and partnerships with multinational and Indian companies and work closely with the CEO and COO on managing  key relationships, participate in Government and other advocacy events as needed to further the programs being implemented with corporate support.

You will work closely with Quest Program and Impact teams to assess impact and report to donors, set up systems and processes to manage the fundraising and engagement cycles through CRMs and other systems. You will also have to contribute to building a consortium of funders in thematic areas including Digital Skills, Women in the Workforce, STEM for Girls and others.
