You are expected to have very good communication and relationship building skills. You will be required to have a good understanding and experience of cultivating funder relationships and maintaining them. You will lead the donor proposal writing by working with the concerned team and ensure it meets the donor expectations (quality). You will be the voice of the funder with the programs and the program voice with the funders.
You will network and build relationships with funders by representing Quest in networking forums, organizing the Funder meet and events. You will sustain the relationship with the funders by ensuring the donor expectations are met. They will also receive periodic reports and communication through you. You will organize field visits for the funders by working closely with the Volunteer engagement focal point and the program focal point. You will also ensure that the funder knows about the other initiatives of Quest by sending them periodic newsletters by working very closely with the MArcom team and inviting them to key events organized by Quest.
You will also help the organization or team leads to understand the donor climate in their state/ region/ in India in general so that they are aware and are able to make informed decisions for their programs. You will work independently and will be a self starter and will be managing a team.
