You will be part of the organisation's executive leadership team and will not just contribute to your team's strategy but also have to commit to develop the organization's strategy. You will lead the development of the design of strategy and will set the vision for your team and look at the impact that your team has made. You will shape the communication and business development strategy for your team. You are also required to be the face as well as the voice of the organization and represent the organization at various levels/forums. You will have a team with diverse skills and will mould and hone their expertise. It is imperative that you have good project management and budget management expertise. You will be holding the organization culture and policies. You have to ensure that the team is adequately staffed/ skilled and support in their overall development. You are also required to work across multiple teams and coordination will be crucial to your role. You are expected to always make a well balanced decision weighing all possible scenarios. You will ensure the annual plans are chalked out and are aligned to the timelines. You are also expected to ensure that everyone in your team is aware about their roles and responsibilities and are able to connect to the organization's mission and vision.
