You will be responsible for financial reporting (MIS), Month end closing, quarterly and annual- Reporting & variance analysis in accordance with the budget and presenting monthly performance reviews, indicating key highlights, analyze causes of unexpected variance and focus on areas for improvement to team leads and the budget owners.
You will analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue, expenses and capital expenditures and support Director FAIT in developing benchmarks for budgeting for each activity. You also have to work with Director FAIT to develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives and provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership team and budget owners and help in the decision making purposes.
You will be required to finalize the project grant utilization reports as per the budget proposal. Your support will also be necessary during donor audits as well as financial data and documents review. You will also have to assist in the yearly audit and finalize on the annual accounts.
You will lead all mattering pertaining to accounting and payments for Quest Alliance. You are also required to maintain the payment schedule for all payments and ensure that they are done on time. You will have to take the initiative and identify and evaluate potential risks related to payment requests and also liaison with the bank on payroll.
You will also have to maintain compliance related to payments as well as deductions and making statutory payments on time.
