You will have to work with the program team as well as the Knowledge Hub team to understand the requirements of different users around data and analytics. After this is done, you have to convert them into what it means from a data collection, storage, retrieval, analysis, reporting, visualization and sharing perspective. You also need to work with the Quest Experience Lab to identify, onboard and implement the tools and technologies that may be best suited to meet requirements related to data collection, storage, retrieval, analysis and reporting.
You also have to develop, own and continuously improve the organisational strategy around data, analysis and visualization. You are also expected to put in place and enforce best-in-class standards, practices and procedures to ensure consistency, compliance, and smooth functioning.
You also have to ensure any field level initiative that results in the need to collect, store, manage or share data is compliant with the overall data architecture, systems and processes. You will have to work with program teams and Knowledge Hub team to finalize requirements around data reporting and visualization for different stakeholders that includes funders, management, program team, marcomm, business development etc.
You also have to analyse the data and share to improve the performance. This is likely to also provide insights on the sector and serve as a ground for learning.
You also have to make the data gathered from surveys, focus groups, assessments more visually appealing.
You are also expected to act as a trusted advisor to program teams, functional teams and management by helping them brainstorm about various initiatives and imperatives. You are also expected to guide them on how data and analytics could offer insights and show them direction.
