You are expected to provide technical assistance, training on data collection as well as monitoring and in turn report it to employees and program implementation partners.
You also have to develop high quality reporting tools that will be used by employees to capture comprehensive narrative, quantitative data. You also have to coordinate all aspects of project monitoring, ensure that the data is high on accuracy and is produced on time. You also have to ensure program teams have appropriate monitoring and reporting indicators and also have their tools in place and are in line with Quest Alliance strategy and the donor grant management requirements.
You also have to monitor all project activities and progress towards achieving the program outputs and outcomes. In addition to that you have to conduct regular visits to project sites to monitor as well as gather feedback from the beneficiaries about the projects implemented and submit detail reports.
You also have to manage independent and external project based evaluations, such as baseline and endline surveys. You also have to take part in designing, budgeting, planning for data collection, analysis and report writing in coordination with the research team. In addition to that, you have to be involved in qualitative data analysis that gets generated through various media in various channels like LMS, App, discussion forums etc. You are also expected to work with an external agency to execute the qualitative data strategy if needed and provide necessary data to produce documents including case studies, study briefs, impact briefs for different team. You also are expected to innovate and examine the effectiveness of different functions such as utilize external data and external evaluators.
