You will be the architect of the data and analytic systems and be responsible for transforming people’s relationships with data. You have to streamline operations, periodically review data collection methods, technology tools linked to monitoring and dashboards.
You also have to work closely with Impact team to ensure seamless visibility of impact data across internal and external stakeholders. You have to develop and monitor org level KPI’s in close collaboration with CEO, People & Operations team and ensure the database is geared towards providing this information.
You also have to support Quest to move towards a more product oriented organization leveraging strategic thinking to deploy edtech to deliver programs @ scale. You also have to design systems and processes through technology for internal excellence to empower Quest to become a 21st century organization.
You have to contribute to the thought leadership agenda of the organization, lead excellence of delivery for all committed programs across scale up nodes with focus on process compliance, quality and cost adherence.
