You will be responsible for backend and frontend development of the Quest App. You are required to build efficient, testable and reusable modules. You are also responsible for solutions on data systems related to Quest App. Software documentation, supporting the Quest App maintenance and bug resolution will be some of your key functions.
You are required to support the team with backend technology management, implementation, training and transfer of the product understanding to the program team including training of teams, trainers and the larger ecosystem. You will also be a part of the innovations team working on tech based innovations for learning.
You are expected to lead all the user research initiatives at QEL and build a user-centric mindset in the team and help the team gain a deep understanding of the end users. You are expected to plan, design, prepare and carry out user research activities to support the design, development and continuous improvement of our product - Quest App. You have to co-design and co-create tools/strategies to capture user feedback and needs along with various program teams. You also have to engage in regular qualitative and quantitative research to strengthen understanding of users’ needs and pain points.
You have to synthesize the research data into meaningful and actionable insights and communicate the research findings and insights and provide data-driven recommendations to all the stakeholders. Creating concise and compelling research documents including research plans, guides, results documentation etc. are part of your responsibilities.
