You support will be necessary in configuration, assembling of raspberry pi and windows devices. In addition to that you will have to be involved in installation of Operating system, applications and deploying systems at the project locations.
You will have to monitor and support IT labs of partners, ensure that the computer lab is functional through a virtual session or onsite visits as well as diagnose and troubleshoot issues reported by partners related to hardware and software. You have to follow the Standard Operating Procedure to procure and manage the IT system as per the policy.
