In your role, you will support in the hiring process and anchor employee on-boarding. In addition to this, you will lead people engagement activities and also support the regional people team and L&D team where needed.
You role as L&D associate entails scheduling end to end of workshops, support with backend technology in all people events and help manage logistics. You will also support with preferred course reimbursement and publish new courses on LMS. You will also coordinate induction, facilitate sessions and be a one point contact for L&D dashboard.
