You are expected to collate data from different spreadsheets maintained by the program staff and make them into a single database. You are also expected to clean data regularly and maintain the database to ensure that it is error-free and up to date. You will also have to conduct trainings on data management for program team and troubleshoot. 

You will be the point of contact for all data related to ITIs and ToTs of the program. You will have to work with the project leads, understand their reporting requirement and accordingly develop project-wise dashboards by accurately mapping the centres to each donors right at the inception of the project. You will have to create dynamic, easy-to-read dashboards for the program to track the performance against the strategy and annual plans. 

You will also have to engage with state teams and ITI partners to understand data management processes from their perspectives and build systems  that align with these to ensure that they are reported on time.

You will also have to work closely with the hub team for impact analysis, support program, grant management and Hub teams to ensure reporting for donors is done on time.
