You will be required to support the development of the Organizational Communication strategy, and lead the operationalizing of the same. Lead Strategy and Development of all Digital Platforms (Social Media and Websites) and develop & Implement Digital Marketing Strategy. You will provide strategic advice to Node Communication initiatives.
You will lead the development of brand-focused visual design, language and approach for organisational communication requirements and oversee creative production of design and video outputs for Org and Program outputs. You will oversee the implementation of messaging strategies for org and program communication on social media.
You will build and maintain strong relationships with Node leads, Communications Officers and designers to create smooth and efficient working, as well as to gain nuanced perspectives into program work and collaborate & work across teams, including executive leadership, to produce the right content for the right channel.
