An officer will have to take ownership of creative projects, and craft compelling social-sector narratives, writing authentic, compelling stories and thoughtful updates to bring Quest’s mission to life for a variety of audiences and channels.
You will be collating content for QA’s social media channels. Plan content strategy and create a publishing schedule with the program and Executive team for the quarterly calendar.
You will anchor audio-visual content and edit for social channels, text composition and formatting. Support social media campaigns (including promotions) for organisation and program teams, social media review and assessment; share analysis [monthly and quarterly].
You will also be required to evaluate the success of campaigns using analytical tools and reporting systems for all QA social media channels.
Anchoring the content collation, editing, design and dispatch of external newsletters / e-mailers will be part of your role. You will also have to be involved in the final editing and design support for internal newsletters.
You will support the implementation of the Organizational Communication strategy and influence internal behaviour change to push brand adherence and Quality standards on Communication and provide support to Node and Function Communication initiatives. You will also need to support the development of Brand-focused visual design and approach for organisational communication requirements and create end to end visual design for external communication, both print and digital. You will support Video and motion graphics production and support maintaining of archive of all visual assets, basic photography and video documentation of events when required.
You will have ideate and write case studies and success stories of students, trainers, Placement Officers, Institutes and NGO partners in the state/region.
You will lead the state/regional works on Communication, social media updates to ensure the state's/region’s work is highlighted in multiple communication channels. Drafting content for monthly, quarterly, and annual reports is part of your role. You will have to take ownership of the events calendar in states/regions of key events and event-based collateral requirements well in advance. You will be the single point of contact from the state or region to put forth communication needs and requirements.
