Scale Up Nodes

The Scale Up Nodes develop innovations, test and scale replicable models for transforming learning ecosystems through capacity building, education technology and collaborations to develop 21st century skills and self-learning environments.

1. Working in Bihar and Jharkhand with the government to transform public middle schools into inclusive spaces for joyful learning so that students remain in schools and continue their education
2. Working to build the STEM mindset in adolescents, enabling them to develop skills they need to succeed in the 21st century, challenge gender norms, explore career options with a focus on coding and computational thinking, and become creators rather than consumers of technology
3. Working with young people, educators, institutional leaders and their stakeholders in the Industrial and Vocational training spaces to help youth have a holistic career development.
4. Integrated into this structure is the journey towards transforming learning ecosystems through educator development, leadership development and learning experience design. Two flagship programs that enable this are MasterCoach and Change Leaders.
